The Slow Fix
We are so conditioned in our modern lives to expect instant responses and quick results. We are often disappointed when we don’t see progress or healing after a few days and yet it has taken a lot longer than that to get to our current state.
In Ayurveda and Yoga we approach the healing of our body and minds from a lifestyle shift perspective. A journey of continual personal assessment and adjustments.
