Recipe:

2 handfuls each of oregano and thyme, freshly picked and chopped finely
1/2 handful fresh rose petals chopped
1 cup toasted sesame seeds white
1/4 cup black sesame seeds optional
1/2 cup Sumac spice (a purple berry crushed fruity spice you will now find in spice shops and fruit and veg)
Salt and pepper to taste and if u like it slightly spicy add a dash of cayenne pepper.

Chop all and mix.

Allow to dry for up to a week in an open dish turning occasionally.

When dried it keeps for a long time as a dry spice out of the fridge.

Great on vegetables, chicken , pasta to cook with your onions , mixed with yoghurt as a side , and play around.

Have fun and use as pressies. Your herbs will keep growing so can do it again.

Namaste
