Annual Celebration of Wellness

Nestled between river, ocean, and bush, Kenton-on-Sea is the perfect setting for our annual Kenton Wellness Festival. Each year, we gather in community to explore practices, share wisdom, and celebrate holistic ways of living – all against the backdrop of this pristine coastal town.

This festival is more than a weekend of classes and talks, it’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the natural world around you.

What to Expect

Each day of the festival has its own natural rhythm, weaving together movement, learning, connection, and celebration.

We begin the mornings with yoga, breathwork, and nature immersion practices – gentle ways to awaken the body and attune to Kenton’s rivers, bush, and ocean.

From 9 am to midday, the focus shifts to talks by practitioners. These sessions open up a wide range of topics – from holistic health and nutrition to stress recovery, sleep, personal development, Ayurveda, creativity, menopause support, and more.

Afternoons invite you into hands-on workshops and therapies: explore modalities from mindful practices, leadership & personal development, sound healing, to mindful art and creativity, dream exploration and holistic approaches to exercise and more, or join interactive sessions on living well in body, mind, and spirit. You may also make 1:1 bookings with practitioners to explore modalities that work for you.

This is also when our signature Theatre of Food comes alive — a vibrant space where food  visionaries share live cooking, tastings, and conversations that bring nourishment into focus  as both art and medicine.

As the day softens into evening, we gather for music, gentle movement, and community  connection — grounding the richness of the day in joy, relaxation, and togetherness.

Why Join Us?

The Kenton Wellness Festival is a space where curiosity is celebrated and connection comes naturally. Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or have years of practice behind you, you’ll find experiences that meet you where you are.

People come to discover new modalities, meet inspiring practitioners, and take home tools they can use long after the week ends. But what keeps them coming back is the sense of belonging – a safe, welcoming community where everyone is free to explore at their own pace.

And then, of course, there is Kenton itself: the rivers, ocean, and bushland create a natural sanctuary that holds and enhances every practice, every workshop, every shared meal. Here, nature is not a backdrop – it’s a partner in the festival experience.
