Phase 2 Festival Ticket

A Taste of Wellness presents the Kenton Wellness Festival, an event that celebrates holistic wellbeing on the Eastern Cape’s Sunshine Coast. Over five gentle days, you’ll be invited to explore movement, nature immersions, inspiring talks, workshops, music, nourishing food, and mindful practices — all designed to help you explore what you may wish to shift for a healthier, more balanced you.

Your 5-Day Festival Pass gives you access to the festival’s full morning and midday programme from 3–7 June 2026, set in the beautiful coastal villages of Kenton-on-Sea and Bushmans.

Each day begins with movement, breathwork, and mindful practices (7am–9am), followed by a series of talks by participating practitioners at the Bushmans Town Hall (9am–1pm). You’ll also enjoy access to the Wellness Market 2026, showcasing local products, food, and wellness experiences.

Afternoon workshops, masterclasses, and evening gatherings can be booked separately via the festival programme, allowing you to personalise your experience.
